Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Are you looking for something a little different from the traditional therapy setting?
Neuro-Inspire Center is looking for a compassionate, creative, and collaborative SLPA who is interested in providing speech therapy through a neurodiversity-affirming, child-led, strengths-based approach.
We believe in:

- AAC & Total Communication
- Gestalt Language Processing / Natural Language Acquisition
- Sensory-informed support and regulation strategies
- Autism-affirming, neurodiversity-affirming care
- Individualized, functional communication goals
- Collaboration with families and other professionals
- Looking beyond compliance-based therapy and focusing on connection, communication, and meaningful participation
Experience with AAC, GLP/NLA, and sensory regulation is preferred, but we also value someone who is eager to learn, open-minded, and excited to grow in these areas.
